Nick & Nicole Avila started the Family House Company in 2023.
Nick has been buying and renovating homes since 2015 and loves to add value to a community by creating great homes for families. He is a licensed real estate agent and specializes in helping families working through the probate process, people who need to sell on their own timeline, and people selling homes that aren’t move-in ready.
Nick and Nicole live in Plano, Texas, with their baby boy and their golden retriever.
